My Account and Password Information
To change your password or other profile information, log in to the site and click “My Account”.
Note that you will not be able to edit the email address associated with your account because the email address is your account username.
- If the email address you registered with has changed, please re-register using your new email.
- If the email address you registered with is incorrect, please contact your School Assessment Coordinator or District Assessment Coordinator.
- If you have forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password” on the login page to have your password emailed to you. Please note that the password will be emailed to the email address you used when you registered for the site. If the email address you registered with has changed, please re-register using your new email.

Technical Requirements
Below are the system requirements for accessing the PSTAT site and training modules. Note that an increase in users on your local bandwidth can negatively affect your download speeds. If you experience a lag in downloading the training modules, please try again when fewer users are on your network.

Recaptcha
During the registration process, you will be required to prove you are not a robot by using Recaptcha. If you see an error message regarding your Recaptcha response, please verify the following:
- Cookies are enabled
- Javascript is enabled
- Popup Blocker is turned off
