Instructions: Complete all required fields.  

It is important to use a valid email address that can be easily accessed to ensure future communications are received. This email will also be used if you forget your password. 

From the IU drop down menu, choose the IU to which your LEA is assigned. Next, choose your District, and School from the drop down menus.

If you are a District or School Coordinator, select the appropriate checkbox. If you are a Test Administrator, do not choose either checkbox.

Select the REcaptcha checkbox and click submit to complete registration.
